Antonela Aiassa (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1988) is a contemporary sculptor and painter whose work is deeply rooted in nature, both as a source of material and as an active force in the creative process. Living and working between Barcelona and Buenos Aires, she explores themes of transformation, identity, and belonging through organic forms and natural elements. Her practice is guided by an intuitive dialogue with the materials she uses, allowing their inherent properties to shape the final outcome of each piece.

Aiassa’s sculptures, primarily made from chamote clay, undergo a process in which natural forces—water, air, and earth—play an essential role in defining their textures and forms.
